The challenge
Meridian ran its front desk, lab, billing, and pharmacy on separate tools that didn't talk to each other. Staff re-keyed the same patient data several times a day, and reconciling revenue at month-end took the better part of a week.
What we built
We rolled out FalconCare, our polyclinic ERP, across every department — appointments, electronic records, billing, inventory, and pharmacy in one place — and migrated years of paper records into it without disrupting daily operations.
The outcome
Patient check-in is now a single lookup, doctors see history instantly, and finance closes the books in hours instead of days. Wait times dropped by roughly 40% in the first quarter.
