Night audit

Post room and tax for every in-house guest, process no-shows with a penalty %, close lingering POS orders, and produce a manager's flash report — idempotent per date so a re-run never double-posts.

Cashier shifts & reconciliation

Open a drawer with a float, record per-tender takings, and close with a counted-vs-expected over/short. One open shift per cashier (DB-guarded); shift payments post a matching folio line and cash-only movements affect the drawer.

Corporate, agents & city ledger (A/R)

Corporate and travel-agent accounts with negotiated discounts, agent commission, and credit terms — receivables, receipts with FIFO (oldest-due-first) allocation, and an aging report across current / 1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ buckets.

Group blocks & allotments

Hold rooms per type for an event or tour group with a cut-off date, track blocked / picked-up / remaining, and release unsold rooms back to inventory. Reservations auto-pick-up from a block and apply its negotiated block rate.
