Doctor payout automation means the billing system — which already knows every invoice, every doctor, and every service — calculates each doctor's earnings from configurable revenue-split rules, applies TDS, and produces a printable payout statement the doctor can verify line by line. Why manual payout calculation goes wrong

- Settlement history. Each statement marked paid — or voided with a record — so "was I paid for March?" has an answer in the ledger, not in anyone's memory.
- Backfill for late data. When an invoice lands after the period was calculated, the system should recalculate cleanly instead of spawning "final_v2_REAL.xlsx".
